The electric bills are usually around $450 per month if the guests are conservative with their energy use, about $650 for average usage (it goes up if the dryer and ceiling fans are used often), and about $700 - $900 and up for guests that use the central air conditioning. Lastly, owner offers a 3% discount on the rental fee if guest is able to pay by e-check (Unfortunately, this discount isn't available for reservations made through Airbnb or Tripadvisor).
